Die irische Tradition ist wie eine Batterie, die sich seit Jahrhunderten immer wieder selbst auflädt. Die Energie und Lebensfreude, die man von ihr bekommt, fließt mit jeder Session, mit jedem Konzert in sie zurück und hält den Kreislauf in Schwung. Wer an diesem teilnimmt, gibt viel und bekommt viel zurück. Glück, das man mit anderen teilen kann ist immer stärker als das, das man alleine erlebt. Es ist faszinierend, dass die Tradition einfach da ist und man an ihr so unkompliziert teilhaben kann, obwohl in unserer Welt alles immer nur teurer wird. Sie ist „gold dust in your pocket“.   

Wir freuen uns auf Euch! Natürlich beim IFF mit vier Programmpunkten, die unterschiedlicher nicht sein könnten, die sich aber bei der Session als Höhenpunkt des Abends zu einem schillernden Regenbogen verbinden. Ein irischer Mythos besagt, dass am Ende des Regenbogens ein Schatz verborgen ist. Dieser Schatz ist bis heute ein Symbol für Sehnsucht, Glück und den Traum vom Unerreichbaren. Und vielleicht ist es ja auch genau das, was uns seit jeher fasziniert: Dass man sich auf die Suche macht – wohl wissend, dass das Ende des Regenbogens nie zu finden ist. Kommt mit uns auf die Suche!
